Meet our team
The success of Green Valley Languages and Arts School is only possible as a result of a united team of staff, many of which are volunteers. We work together with a shared vision, towards strategic goals to continuously improve the services we offer to support the development and maintenance of cultural identity in the young people of our local community.

All of our teachers are well qualified, and the majority are registered with the NSW Department of Education as teachers in primary and secondary schools. They have a solid understanding of Hindi language and arts, and are skilled in delivering this information to students in a manner that is both interesting and accessible. Material conveys cultural values and morals while still being relevant and understandable to young people today.
We are grateful and feel blessed to have the support of some of the parents of our students in the form of the Parent’s Committee. These parents kindly support the students with a diverse and delicious range of snacks accompanied by hot tea each Sunday for morning tea. Often, these snacks are traditional Indian finger foods and sweetmeats, giving students a wider perspective on their Indian cultural heritage.
Our management team are a dedicated team of volunteers who work behind the scenes to keep the School running efficiently, and to keep raising the bar for the positive impact that the School has on the local community. They come from a diverse range of backgrounds, from teaching, business, communications, management, science, engineering and accounting, bringing a wide range of skills and experience to their work.
